Shipping policy
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
FLAT RATE AUSTRALIA WIDE $7.50 (Usually 2-5 business days)
FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $90
For items in stock, orders will be processed and dispatched within every Tuesday and Thursday. Please note in high volume seasons, this time frame may be longer.
For pre order items, as our candles are handmade please allow 1-2 weeks for production.
We use Australia Post and Sendle as our regular carriers. Usually deliveries are made within 2-5 business days after shipping, although unforeseen delays can occur on the carriers end. In high volume seasons or pending COVID restrictions, this time frame may be longer. You will receive tracking notifications via email once your order is placed and your item has been lodged for shipping.
Our default option is to give the courier authority to leave your parcel in a safe spot. If you have any special delivery instructions, or would like to request a signature on delivery please contact us at orders@movinka.com.au or leave a note at checkout.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping.
REFUNDS
If you have a change of mind or are unhappy with your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@movinka.com.au or via the form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is incorrect or damaged. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
